SAFE MINE Workshop Leoben/ZaB

The SafeMine Workshop will allow the participants to learn more about safety issues in underground construction and operation, including site visits of mining areas and the underground research infrastructure "research@ZaB".

Day 1: Process safety and risk management, fire prevention and protection, safety research, explosion safety, visit of explosion safety lab
Day 2: Safety and dangers in underground mining, proximity detection of persons in No-Go-Zones, emergency paramedics, visit of RHI Magnesita Breitenau
Day 3: Health and safety in tunnel construction and operation, safety aspects and prevention in tunneling, risk assessment, safety and security strategies
Day 4: Visit of "research@ZaB", fire test
Day 5: Embracive Leadership, challenges to and training for action forces in the underground
